Life Insurance Companies Merge for New Product Line
A July 18, 2006 article, “Old Mutual
Financial Network Expands Relationship with
McCamish to Include New VA Product Line,”
written on insurancenewsnet.com, announces
the merger of these two life
insurance companies for a new product
line.
The Old Mutual Financial Network (OMFN)
is the marketing name for the U.S. life
insurance and annuity operations. McCamish
Systems is a premier provider for BPO services
to the life
insurance policy.
“McCamish was selected by OMFN earlier
this month with implementation activities
to begin immediately for an early first
quarter 2007 product launch.”
McCamish will provide service from its Atlanta
operations center, including trading, claims
processing, contract maintenance, fund administration
and other essential services.
“Having a proven partner such as McCamish
will be essential to the success of our
VA product line. I'm 100% confident they're
the best service provider for the job,”
said Pat Ferrer, Vice President of Variable
Annuity Distribution.
"One of our core objectives at McCamish
is to sustain meaningful, long-term relationships
with all of our clients, the achievement
of which is not possible without consistent
performance and world class service,”
said Gordon Beckham, President and Chief
Executive Officer of McCamish Systems.
This will boost McCamish Systems as OMFN
is using them to reach the U.S. market.
